Learn to Make Pasta!

Presented in partnership with Gnocchi Dokie, join us for a first in series introductory pasta making class. Students (that's you!) will be making rosemary gnocchi, in browned butter with Pecorino-Romano cheese, bacon lardons and fried sage! This amazing dish will pair well with a dry white wine such as TBW's Chardonnay but it's versatile enough to try any number of favorites!
Ticket price is per person and includes professional, hands on instruction, all the ingredients needed to make the dish and your first glass of wine!
