Sweet Wines

Steam Engine Strawberry is juicy has just the right amount of sweetness to awaken those taste buds.This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving.

Excellent to sip all on it's own or pair with chocolate desserts the sweetness.
Strawberry Limeade Punch - pour 3 ounces of Steam Engine Strawberry wine into a cocktail shaker with 2-3 ice cubes. Add 3 ounces of prepared limeade (from frozen concentrate is just fine) Shake well and pour into your wine glass, Add a splash of lemon lime soda. Garnish with fresh strawberries or sliced lime rounds and enjoy!

Boxcar Blackberry is sweet and deep red in color with flavors and aromas of ripe, wild blackberries. This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving.

Pairs well with roasted pork tenderloin, duck dishes and chocolate desserts
Boxcar Spritzer: Pair equal parts of Boxcar Blackberry with your favorite sparkling wine (our sparkling Moscato works great!) in a champagne glass. Garnish with a fresh blackberry and enjoy... preferably with brunch!

White and Rose Wines

Our Chardonnay is golden, unoaked and pleasantly dry with subtle hints of dill and pineapple.This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving.

Pairs well with grilled or roasted seafood dishes and bold or creamy sauces such as grilled chicken with mustard sauce.

Railway Junction is a signature blend of 75% Pinot Grigio and 25% Oaked Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp and golden in color with hints of apple that linger on the palate. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving.

Pairs well with shrimp and/or lemon sauces, light pasta sauces, chicken piccata and dishes with capers.

Gewurztraminer is off dry with a distinctive floral bouquet and crisp, almost spicy flavor. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving.

Pairs well with Szechuan, Thai or even Indian dishes. Anything with a little heat such as red curry.

Make Mama Blush is an off dry white zinfandel blush. There is just a touch of residual sweetness and the blush color is very light. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving.

Pairs well with goat cheese and seafood dishes particularly those with salmon or lobster.

Red Wines

Our Mourvedre is a medium bodied red wine that has aromas of of dark fruit, floral, and black pepper. The flavor profile is spicy with a lingeing finish. Made with 100% texas grown grapes. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors.

Pairs well with red meats that are roasted or smoked and dishes with hearty sauces that slightly acidic.

Sryah is a bold red with a distinct flavor profile with notes of green pepper, black pepper and velvety, spicy finish. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors.

Pairs well with barbeque, burgers, all sorts of grilled meats or vegetables and roasted leg of lamb.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic medium bodied red wine with notes of dark fruit like plum, black cherry, and blackberry along with hints of warm vanilla, licorice, and black pepper. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors.

Pairs well with steaks, a good burger and portabello mushrooms.

Pineapple Moscato
Imported from Italy. Light, fruity and bubbly with a hint of pineapple flavor. Perfect for your brunch mimosas on New Years day. This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving.
Alcohol: 6.5
Pairs well with spicy dishes such as Thai food or Curries. Also works well with blue cheese.
Cocktail tip - makes excellent mimosas (just add OJ!). Garnish with frozen pineapple chunks for more intense flavor.

Port Wines

Our Black Forest Caboose is a port style dessert wine with flavors of velvety dark chocolate combined with a medley of ripe black cherries. This wine is best served at a cool temperature (57-59*). Chill in the refrigerator for just 30 minutes prior to serving.
Bottles produced: 425 | Alcohol: 18.0
Pairs well with rich desserts such as crème brule or cheesecake. Try substituting the water in your favorite brownie recipe with this dessert wine as a TBW family favorite!
