Sweet Wines

All Aboard Apple: It's like biting into a crisp crunchy green apple with a juicy finish and a pop of tartness. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with chicken and dumplings, blue cheese or even pancakes at brunch.

Boxcar Blackberry: This customer favorite is sweet and deep red in color with flavors and aromas of ripe, wild blackberries. This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with roasted pork tenderloin, duck dishes and chocolate desserts

Pullman Peach: A sweet and smooth fruit forward, warm weather refresher. This one is crisp with a light peachy punch to the palate.This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with strong flavors such as smoked gouda cheese or spicy foods (think mexican or even smokey BBQ).

Runaway Razzberry: Think sweet tarts in a bottle. With an infusion of raspberries
this one will leave you wanting more. This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with savory nuts such as pecans and almonds and cheesecake.

Steam Engine Strawberry: Juicy with just the right amount of sweetness to awaken those taste buds. This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Excellent to sip all on it's own or pair with all kinds of chocolate desserts.

Sweet Riesling: A delicious and refreshing white wine. Moderate levels of sweetness with winter fruit flavors such as apples, pears and even apricots. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving. Pairs great with any dishes that have a bit of spice or your own charcuterie board creations.

White and Rose Wines
|
Albariño: Made from all Texas grapes, this white variety has a highly aromatic floral nose with white peach, apricot and citrus flavors. Pale in color with high acidity and subtle saltiness.This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with seafood dishes such as fish tacos and ceviche.

Chardonnay: Golden, unoaked and pleasantly dry with subtle hints of dill and pineapple.This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with grilled or roasted seafood dishes and bold or creamy sauces such as grilled chicken with mustard sauce.

Gewurztraminer: Off dry with a distinctive floral bouquet and crisp flavor with notes of stonefruit and ginger. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with Thai food particularly red curry or yellow curry, beef satay and tom kha soup. Anything with a little heat!

Riesling: Light bodied, off dry, high acid wine with aromas and flavors include notes of peach, apricot and citrus in addition to white floral notes. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with with Indian & Asian dishes with some spiciness, sushi, curries, smoked meats, and fruit salsas.

Pinot Grigio: Light and gentle with aromas of apple and pear. The palate is vibrant, fresh and juicy, with citrus and melon notes. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with seafood or vegetable risottos, cold seafood salads, light pastas particularly those that include shrimp, prawns or octopus and sushi.

Make Mama Blush: is an off dry white zinfandel blush. There is just a touch of residual sweetness and the blush color is very light. This wine is best served cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1.5 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with goat cheese and seafood dishes particularly those with salmon or lobster.

Semi Sweet Gewurztraminer: is a light, fresh white wine with a little bit of sweetness. The variety has high natural sugar and is often found in an off-dry (semi-sweet) version. "Gewürz" translates to "herb" or "spice" however the sweetness offsets any spicy notes and it pairs perfectly with your holiday pumpkin pie!

Red Wines
|
Barbera: This red wine is light bodied, low in tannins and high in acid. It's very fruit forward with flavors of ripe red berries and plums. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with red meats, salmon and any dish featuring tomatoes like pizza or lasagna. |
Cabernet Sauvignon: This classic medium bodied red wine has notes of dark fruit like plum, black cherry, and blackberry along with hints of warm vanilla, licorice, and black pepper. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with red meats particularly those seasoned with garlic, rosemary and mushrooms.

Malbec: Soft and supple on the palate, with notes of dark plum, espresso and a touch of mocha enveloped in a silky vanilla oak cloak. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with steak, pork, and lamb, as well as fattier fish like salmon and dark meat poultry. Merlot: Light bodied and very fruit forward with boisterous black cherry flavors,
supple tannins, and a chocolatey finish.This wine is best served at a cool room
temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with grilled or roast chicken, roast pork loin, lamb, berries, garlic and mushrooms.

Mourvèdre: Made from all Texas grapes, this red variety is full bodied. It has aromas of dark fruit, flowers such as violets, black pepper and thyme. It is sometime described as meaty, gamey or even somewhat spicey. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with rich meats such a lamb, veal, or duck.

Pinot Noir: Light and dry, Medium bodied with hints of candied dark cherries and vanilla. Fruit forward with smooth tannins, a tangy finish and a slightly smokey aroma. Pairs well with roasted poultry, goat cheese and pasta dishes.

Sangiovese: Medium body, ruby red and sexy legs, now if that doesn’t get your
attention, this one has subtle notes of cherry, currants & red berries with just a little
bit of spice. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with tomato-based dishes such as red sauce pasta. Spaghetti and meatballs, ravioli, lasagna... think italian!

Tempranillo: Medium acidity, medium tannins and dark red color. Flavors of berries, plum and tobacco spice. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with mexican food such as tacos or chille rellenos and any dishes where corn is a featured flavor such as grits or polenta.

Premium and Ultra Premium Reds

Joyphyl Acres: This pecan saturated merlot is brimming with nostalgia. This ruby-hued wine is tart and smooth, with just a hint of pecan both on the nose and the palate. This fall/cool weather favorite is perfect addition to any family gathering. It pairs perfectly with both chocolate and nut-based desserts like pecan pie!

Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon: Our famous Cabernet Sauvignon aged 60 days in a Bendt Distilling Bourbon Barrel. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Try pairing with smokey bourbon glazed BBQ ribs or your favorite charcuterie board.

Whiskey Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon: Our famous Cabernet Sauvignon aged 60 days in a whiskey barrel straight from Lynchburg, TN. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pair with smokey, earthy grilled dishes or keep it simple and just sit back, relax and sip!

Sparkling Wines

Moscato d'Asti: This delightful sparkling Moscato is a guest selection which has floral aromas with sweet flavors of peach, apricot, and melon.This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with crudites and any spicy foods that feature the flavors of turmeric, saffron, ginger, and/or cardamom. |
Pineapple Moscato: Imported from Italy. Light, fruity and bubbly with a hint of pineapple flavor. Perfect for your brunch mimosas. This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Pairs well with spicy dishes such as Thai or Mexican foods. Also works well with blue cheese.

Fruit Punch Moscato: Imported from Italy. Pink, bubbly and semi-sweet with the flavors of summer fruits. It's like sipping a smile! This wine is best served very cold. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving. Perfect on it's own or great for making cocktails. Try adding some frozen blueberries to your glass!

Port Style Wines

The Caboose: Velvety chocolate and almond notes saturate this delicious
